I am getting a routine together now. I get up at 6 (as I have for the last few months) and then until 7 it’s my exercise slot with the dog. Then I have breakfast until 7:30 at which point I start work (sometimes I check email over breakfast). I then work until 12, make and eat lunch, and then work again until 4. Then from 4-5 I do my indoor exercise, followed by dinner and TV/music/reading depending on how the mood takes me. I try and be in bed by 10:30 as usual.
So far that’s working ok, but let’s see how it goes longer term.
