So here we are again. Another lock down, another period of shielding, and another somewhat unclear government broadcast. The numbers are clear to me though – we have to do this and should have done it sooner.
For us very little will change. I can still walk the dog, still cycle (although cycling in January when you don’t have to commute isn’t that appealing), and I can still go to a pharmacist on those rare occasions where we can’t get drugs delivered. But for other people it will make juggling home and work even harder, and my thoughts go out to those people whose lives are going to get even harder over the next couple of months.
I may keep writing these posts. It very much depends if anything actually happens that is worth documenting.
