I’ve spent a lot of time with my old Chromebook over the last few weeks. I like computers that are small, light, and can be replaced for under \u00a3200. In fact, that’s the only sort of computer I want to buy right now due to frugality and the need to carry everything I travel with on a bike.<\/p>\n
Due to the computer’s age (5 years +) and the fact the battery is dead, I’ve just ordered a replacement. I’m quite excited to see what I can do with it, and how much of my digital life will work with it.<\/p>\n
Also, it runs on Linux. Linux like Android phones and Kindles, but Linux nonetheless. In fact, by the end of this year I suspect all I’ll be carrying around are highly specialised Linux devices. I’ve been here before, but not for a few years.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
